Easy Shmeasy Pumpkin Pie
  Amount       Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
 --------    ------------    -------------------------------
       1            can (15 ounces)  pure pumpkin
       2            large  eggs
       3/4          cup  sugar
       1/2          teaspoon  salt
       1            teaspoon  ground cinnamon
      1/4           teaspoon  ground cloves
       1            cup  whipping cream pareve
       1            pie crust  (9 inch) unbaked
              whipped topping -- for garnish            
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl combine ingredients in order listed.  Mix thoroughly.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake for 1 hour until center is completely set. 
Cool.
Serve with whipped topping.

traditional evaporated milk we get a delicious creamy
